Connect accounts

Open business settings
Dashboard → My businesses → Edit, then scroll to “Connect accounts”.

Facebook + Instagram
Click Connect Facebook + Instagram, log in, approve the permissions and choose your page. If an Instagram account is linked to the page, it is connected too.
Instagram must be a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook page, and Instagram does not accept posts without an image.

X and LinkedIn
Same idea: Connect X, then Connect LinkedIn, and approve. LinkedIn posts to your personal profile and needs reconnecting roughly every two months — we remind you beforehand.

Check everything
Connected platforms show as active on the business card. If a connection expires you will see a red warning and get an email.

In “AI for writing”: choose the provider and paste the key. Adding a fallback provider with a second key is recommended.

“About the business”, “Target audience” and “Writing tone” — these make the biggest difference to quality.

Open your WordPress admin
Users → Profile.

Create an Application Password
Scroll to Application Passwords, enter a name like AutoPost, click Add, and copy the password shown.
Some security plugins block the REST API — if publishing fails, allow /wp-json/ in the plugin.

Fill in the details
Site URL, username, and the password you copied (not your normal login password).
Telegram

Create a bot
Open @BotFather in Telegram, send /newbot and copy the token.

Add it to your channel
Add the bot as an admin of your channel with permission to post messages.

Chat ID
For a public channel use @channel_name. For a private one use the number starting with -100.

Salla does not allow publishing blog posts via its API, so AutoPost prepares the complete article and you paste it in.

Quick answers to the most common questions
Is AutoPost free?
Yes — the free plan includes one business and 30 posts per month. AI usage is billed by the provider to your own key, and Groq is free to start.
Which AI should I choose?
For Arabic, OpenAI, Claude or Gemini give the best results. Groq is free but weaker in Arabic. We always recommend adding a fallback provider.
Can I review posts before they go live?
Yes. Choose “Save as draft” in business settings and every post waits for you on the Review & Calendar page, where you can edit, approve and schedule it.
What happens if publishing fails?
It is retried automatically after 15 minutes and after one hour. If the third attempt fails, you get an email with the reason and can retry in one click.
Why won’t Instagram connect?
The account must be a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook page. Then run “Connect Facebook + Instagram” again.
Is posting to X free?
X requires a developer account and may require paid credits depending on its current policy. If you prefer not to pay, all other platforms work as normal.
Why is Salla manual?
Salla does not offer an API for blog posts, so we prepare the full article with images and headings and you paste it in seconds.
Are my keys safe?
All keys and tokens are stored encrypted in the database and are visible only to you.
How can I pay?
